Ceramic imitation stone PC brick, also known as ceramic imitation stone brick or ceramic granite, is a type of ceramic product that imitates the surface texture of granite. 1. Firing temperature: When the body of the ceramic imitation stone PC brick is heated to 400-500 ℃, the clay minerals begin to oxidize and decompose, and the Fe2O3 in the brick begins to color, gradually turning red from earthy color. As the temperature increases, the red color deepens, and when the temperature rises to 900-1000 ℃, it turns brownish red.
2. Salt minerals: At the firing temperature, limestone in ceramic imitation stone PC bricks will decompose into white CaO, which has a certain bleaching effect on the bricks. When the ratio of CAO to Fe2O3 content is greater than 4, the bricks will appear white; As the ratio decreases until trace amounts of CaO are present, the color gradually changes from cream to yellow and brownish red.

3. Kiln height: Due to the presence of kiln height, the upward force of hot gas causes a certain temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the kiln section. The higher the kiln, the greater the temperature difference between the upper and lower parts. The upper part of the kiln has a higher temperature, and the color of the ceramic imitation stone PC brick is darker, while the lower part has a lower temperature, resulting in a relatively lighter color.
4. It is impossible to evenly distribute external coal to various parts of the billet stack. The coal ash generated by external coal can bury individual billet heads under the stack, which may result in black bricks due to oxygen deficiency. 5. Kiln structure: Poor insulation in a certain part of the kiln, or inadequate sealing and air leakage, may cause uneven temperature and atmosphere changes in these parts of the kiln, resulting in color differences.
