When the ratio of CAO to Fe2O3 content is greater than 4, the bricks will appear white; As the ratio decreases until trace amounts of CaO are present, the color gradually changes from cream to yellow and brownish red.
3. Kiln height: Due to the presence of kiln height, the upward force of hot gas causes a certain temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the kiln section. The higher the kiln, the greater the temperature difference between the upper and lower parts. The upper part of the kiln has a higher temperature, and the color of the ceramic imitation stone PC brick is darker, while the lower part has a lower temperature, resulting in a relatively lighter color.
4. It is impossible to evenly distribute external coal to various parts of the billet stack. The coal ash generated by external coal can bury individual billet heads under the stack, which may result in black bricks due to oxygen deficiency.
