1. According to the specifications or design requirements, compact the original soil.
2. Lay the prepared graded crushed stones 5-25 (approximately 150mm thick) on the compacted original soil, and use a high-power roller or grader to level and compact it.
3. Lay C25 plain concrete mixture on compacted graded crushed stone subgrade (100-150mm thick).
4. Lay the mixed 1:4 cement mortar (approximately 30mm thick) on the concrete cushion layer, taking care not to damage the flat foundation layer.
5. If heavy vehicles are required for the road, use cement grouting mortar layer (grouting layer thickness 1-2mm), and lay imitation stone PC bricks according to the drawing pattern, paying attention to ensuring the uniformity of the lines.
6. The distance between each imitation stone PC brick should be between 2 and 4 millimeters.
7. The edge part needs to be cut and laid at the desired angle with a knife (using auxiliary tools such as cutting machines or grinders).
8. Use a rubber mallet to strike the imitation stone PC brick, and then shake it into the sand.
9. After compacting, sweep sand into the gaps between the tiles until they are filled.
10. After the completion of the project, sweep away the remaining sand.
11. The deviation of the finished product surface within a straight-line distance of 3 meters should be less than 8 millimeters.
12. The entire horizontal height of the imitation stone PC brick should be 4-6 millimeters higher than the adjacent drainage or sewage pipe.
