4. Surface hardness. Scrape the surface of quartz bricks with nails or metal. The more ash content there is, the lower the hardness of the product and the shorter its service life.
5. According to weight, the weight of quartz bricks should not be too heavy.
6. The surface of the product does not generalize after being pasted on the wall. The main purpose in the early stage is to understand what kind of cement it is using, which should be low alkali Portland cement. If using sulfoaluminate cement, alkalization is required. If alkali resistant materials are applied to the surface after installation, quartz bricks will become unnatural.
After the construction of quartz bricks, according to the local weather conditions, it is generally about 30 hours after the paving is completed. After the brick joints have solidified to a certain strength, rinse the brick surface with clean water. If some parts are not cleaned thoroughly, they can be cleaned with a 2-3% hydrochloric acid solution and rinsed with clean water in a timely manner, and beautiful quartz bricks will appear in front of you. After laying the quartz bricks, water them 3-4 times within 48 hours at room temperature. During the maintenance period, entry is not allowed until the strength is reached to avoid affecting the construction quality of quartz bricks.
